Mats will not be available at this time for member use. Please bring your own mat for classes. Sign-ups will open on Saturday, July 18th at 1pm through the Mind Body App

11:15 am – Water Aerobics (Steph)

6 pm - Tennis Drills Clinic (Jason)

8 am – Pilates Sculpt (Nicole)

9 am – All Levels Flow (Karen)

10 am – Tai Chi (Garrett)

Wednesday, August 12th

8 am – Mat Pilates (Jen)
